We assessed the landscape around all main settlements and villages in terms of their sensitivity to housing or employment development. The assessment is part of the 2016 landscape evidence base and will inform the site allocation process. Parcels of land are identified to sit within the existing landscape assessment and assessed in terms of a clear set of criteria.
